Course description

This course, designed specifically for teenagers, is intended to raise awareness and train adolescents in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED). In 4 hours, participants will learn to respond to cardiac arrest, perform effective chest compressions, and use an AED safely. This practical and accessible training enables young people to develop vital skills for rapid intervention during emergencies and saving lives.

Success criteria

  1. Completed readings

    Complete all readings included in the course.

  2. Practical sessions

    Complete all mandatory practical sessions within the required minimum times.

  3. Theoretical assessments

    Pass with an average of 80% or higher on each theoretical assessment.

Certification: Upon successful completion, a PDF certificate is issued, valid for 3 years.
